MVPs cover essential health services and preventive care, offering employees access to vital medical resources. Though not all-encompassing, they establish a solid foundation for maintaining good health.

Employees not mandated to be offered coverage through an employer are welcome to visit the federal or their state's insurance marketplace and gain qualified coverage of their own. By linking them with the same benefits team who works with your company, these employees will gain the sense of owning an employer sponsored health plan and feel more connected to the organization.

If individuals meet ACA standards of income they may be eligible for Premium Discounts, which lower monthly premium costs, and Cost Sharing Reductions (CSRs) which decrease overall deductible and co-pays.

An Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement (ICHRA) plan uses the federal or the employee's state insurance marketplace to make an offering without having to decide on which insurance plan to offer. Every employee is shown insurance options specific to their zip code. In order to meet affordability, rates are based off the lowest cost Silver plan in that employees zip code. Payment for each plan is made through a dedicated trust for your organization.
